Dongguan Robotics Industries Association and enterprise members visit Defond

A delegation of 16 companies led by Dongguan Robotics Industries Association visited Defond on September 8th and 9th, 2020.

After a welcome speech by Defond’s head of Sensor Technology, and a group discussion on industrial automation trend, the delegation inspected Defond’s Advanced Electronics Workshop (AEW), Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Workshop, Sensors Assembly Line and Automobile Electronic Components Workshop.

The delegation praised highly on Defond’s digital manufacturing capability, which compose of a high degree of automation, R&D focused, as well as strict quality management and lean manufacturing. Both the delegation and Defond expressed their wishes to strengthen cooperation and explore future joint opportunities.

Dongguan Robotics Industries Association (DGRIA) was founded in October 2014. Its members include nearly 180 enterprises in the fields of robot, encoder, controller, system integration, etc. It runs through the upstream and downstream of the robotics industry chain.
