On March 29, leaders from Dongguan Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and Dongguan Robotics Industries Association, and representatives from over 20 member companies visited Defond's factory in Hongmei Town for exchange and touring.
On March 30, China Quality Certification Center (CQC) held a certification work conference for home appliance enterprises in Xiamen, China. Nearly 200 representatives from enterprises related to home appliance certification attended the conference, including leaders from the Certification Center and the Consumer Goods Certification Department of Certification Supervision.
As one of the only two invited component manufacturers, Defond was honored with the "Excellent Partner" award, recognizing its leading position in the industry.

The conference is one of the largest Asia-focused student-run conferences in the US, and its goal is to showcase best-in-class speakers, highlight the latest Asian development, and bridge the Asian, Asian-American, and Greater Boston Communities. This year's theme focused on how Asian companies have survived and will continue to thrive amidst looming global economic uncertainties.
