Invited by Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) and Hong Kong Federation of Innovative Technologies and Manufacturing Industries (FITMI), Defond participated the 2019 Asia International Innovation Invention Award and Exhibition held between August 6 and 8, 2019. In view of this, Defond strictly implement the Guangdong People’s Government’s notice on (Guangdong Government Notice (2015) No. 266) – To promote and apply Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Regulations, and provides guidelines for high-tech enterprises and industry leading enterprises to build up comprehensive, standardized intellectual property management system.

In 2020, we are so privileged to participate in a joint-research program with The University of Hong Kong. This unique program is co-sponsored by HKSAR (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) Government’s Innovation and Technology Commission and targeted in acoustics and thermal areas with the objective to upgrade key performance (e.g. A low-noise device for cooling electronic components based on novel nickel hydroxide actuating materials).
